What I treat

Different site, same problem.

Wherever it shows up, the cause is usually the same: not enough capacity for what you're asking of it.

Greenacres, specifically

Same postcode, four minutes away.

Greenacres and Hampstead Gardens share a postcode. 5086 covers both, which makes this about the shortest trip anyone makes to see me. Muller Road takes you most of the way.

The barracks. Hampstead Barracks sits in Greenacres, and Defence work is hard on bodies in a specific way: heavy loads carried over distance, boots, uneven ground, and a culture that treats pushing through as the default. The injuries that come out of it are rarely dramatic. They are backs, knees, ankles and shoulders that have quietly been asked for more than they were built for, for years. That is a capacity problem, and it responds to rebuilding rather than resting.

The corner. Hampstead Road and Muller Road meet at the south-west corner of the suburb, which is the junction most of Greenacres uses to get anywhere. It is also how you get to me.

And the mix. Nearly half of Greenacres was born overseas, which in practice means I see a wide spread of working lives here: trades, aged care, hospitality, warehouse work, driving. Different jobs, same underlying pattern. The body gets loaded the same way every day for years, capacity slowly narrows to fit exactly that one pattern, and then something outside the pattern breaks it.

I do not treat that with a course of passive treatment and a stretch sheet. I work out where the capacity actually ran out, and rebuild it past that point.

How I work

A complete method - not a quick fix.

01
Find the real cause

Why it keeps happening - not just where it hurts.

02
Calm the system

Settle the pain and the worry, so you can move and trust your body again.

03
Rebuild for good

Build you back to handle more than daily life asks - so it holds.
